Kevin Stoll is the Chief Technology Officer at Critical Materials Recycling, Inc. (CMR). He has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Iowa State University and a M.S. in chemistry from North Carolina State University. Prior to employment at CMR, Kevin served 10 years in the active-duty Air Force as a Developmental Engineer. His career started as a structural engineer on the A-10 Warthog and concluded as Senior Instructor of Chemistry at the United States Air Force Academy.
Kevin’s transition out of the military and into industry did not stop his desire to protect his country. Now, Kevin serves through developing a sustainable future by recovering rare earth and other critical elements to develop a robust, and circular supply chain.

The American Domestic Rare Earth Permanent Magnet Supply Chain Efforts
Can and will the old world come to the rescue of the new one without emasculating its own efforts to revive its domestic rare earth permanent magnet total supply chain?. The panel will address U.S efforts in diversifying the rare earth supply chain so far. The panel will specifically look at the progress on mining, sourcing, and fabricating critical metals' components for energy transition as the panelists represent key sectors of the REE value chain from upstream to downstream.
