Rebuilding a NdFeB Magnet Manufacturing Eco-System in North America

The supply chain challenges for magnets in North America are a result of decades of offshoring nearly every aspect of NdFeB magnet manufacturing. MP Materials and other companies are working to re-establish and re-build an NdFeB magnet manufacturing eco-system in North America. Technical know-how, a capable workforce, and readily available consumables are all necessary components for successful manufacturing.
